Homeschool Tournament

Recently Josiah (center, holding trophy) was able to participate with his teammates in a homeschool basketball tournament.  His team came in second place and he, along with another teammate, was awarded a medal for most valuable player. Josiah was also given a medal for Christian character.  This was a lot of fun for the kids to be part of and I'm sure they will look forward to doing it again next year.

Meet Daisy! -First 2014 Calf.

Daisy was born March 1st right before a a cold front and ice storm came in.  Her mamma didn't use the barn we had opened up for her with hay and protection from the wind and snow so her first night was spent coated in a sheet of ice and snow.  Despite everything she stayed healthy and frisky!  We are thankful. :)  New life is always wonderful but it's an especially big blessing when it comes and stays against the odds. :)
