Cupcakes & Butterflies

Lizzie Marin and I (Abby) recently made these cupcakes.  It was fun BUT.... soooo time consuming. We never actually even finished them ... hence the pictures of the completed but un-finished product. ;)

Dryer's Make Summer Trip To Missouri

We... had FUN.  :) 

Amie made it up and GOING on the wake board this year!

We were able to get in some awesome kayaking...

We relived some old memories again together...

We got an hour in at Ha Ha Tonka State park... that was cool.

Allie made it into most everything that was going on too... as usual. :)

She even made it in to the "Oldest Ymker Grankid to Youngest Ymker Grankid" picture...but not quite in order. ;)

Anyway... from left to right the names go: Katie, Annie, Derek, Amie, (Allie) ;) Abby, Maggie, Josiah, Brady, Kayla, Libby, & Kelly Joy. :)

Aunt Kim spent the visit on the dock pretty much thanks to her crazy neck. ;) 

Hopefully next year she'll be back in action. :)

I'm realizing right now that we're short of pictures of a few of us.  Just for the fact all the girls were out with the wakeboard,  Maggie made it UP so next year she's going to go places. ;) :)

We had tons and tons of super-duper fun and we can't wait for next time! :)

Birthdays!:)

We went by by boat to see fireworks for the July 4th independence celebration!

Kelly turned 5 on July 6. :)

For some reason the June picture posted AFTER the July pictures BUT....:)
Brady celebrated his birthday on June 16th....

And Derek celebrated his 21st a day later.....:)

I can't believe it has been over a month since we've updated our posts on here! Our summer seems to be just flying by! I'll try to remember to post again soon. :)

So. We've been busy!

On May 20, we celebrated my birthday. :)

Gramp is our Champion Fish Fryer!!!!

Gram, is the willing "cleaner-upper" of the fish mess that sorta disgusts Mom and I...
She's had lots of practice over all these years of being married to an avid fisherman! :)

Brady got an early birthday present from G&G "D." of an awesome kite!

Kayla's new smile!!! Soon, she goes in and get's more on her bottom teeth and all the way around! Josiah has them too but he wouldn't let me take a picture.

Libby's new smile!!! She's getting 3 big, woppin' teeth comin' in now!

Grandpa "D." helped Libby catch her biggest fish ever, a whopper catfish, during his and Grandma's recent visit to the Lake House. :) Libby was thrilled! It was a big day for her!

Brady was...well... BRADY. The picture isn't so great but he had a flimsy Dollar General sun-hat on backwards from the little girls and a corny grin on his face!
